Changes To Orders
All cakes are made from scratch. We require a three day grace period on all orders. If you require your products sooner, there is an $15 expedite fee. Once an item is in the oven, no changes can be made.

Damages
In no event shall Raynel'Z CakeZ be held liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are also not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Tracking information is provided once item is shipped.

Payments
Payment is due immediately! If your payment is not received, your order will not be fulfilled. Please note that this can affect both delivery and shipping dates as well as times.

Returns And Refunds
All sales are Final! There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason. If we make a mistake,
we will both address and fix the mistake.

Address & Shipping
If you have decided to have something shipped, please note that all orders are shipped on Monday- Wednesday. This allows your order to consistently travel. If an order is shipped after Wednesday, you run the risk of having your order sit in the post office over the weekend, which will induce the thawing process. Please make sure your address is correct. We are not liable for double-checking unless stated. If any package(s) are sent back to us, You will have to pay a reshipping fee in order for your package to be shipped again. Your item will not be remade unless you repurchase a fresh one.
